Aluminum Theory

 Throw this one away…according to David Shenk’s book, The Forgetting on p. 139, he tells how this myth got started.  Aluminum is not a cause of Alzheimer’s, but an effect.  High concentrations of aluminum have been found in victim’s brains during autopsy, which really meant that something had gone wrong with the filter system, called the blood-brain barrier.
